Hello Windham Families,

• Both girls and boys soccer will hold tryouts, starting Wednesday, Sept. 2nd.

• Cross-Country will hold their first practice on Wednesday, Sept. 2nd also.

Registration

• Students must be registered on the Arbiter registration site. Link is below.

• Once they are registered, the nurse will be able to check the status of their physicals, according to the records they have on file.

• Parents are also able to see the status of their child's registration (approved or not approved)

Clearance by the School Nurse

• Physical exams must be completed and up-to-date, and a copy must be with the school nursing office before any participation will be allowed

•  Often, the reason a student has not been cleared by the nurse is due to the nursing office not receiving an up-to-date physical.

• Due to HIPPA laws, the Dr.'s office cannot send your child's physical to the school. A guardian must make a copy and have it brought to the school nurse. 

• Unfortunately, no participation will be allowed, in any capacity, if this requirement is not met.
